Subscription Cancellation and Refund
This article explains how to end your subscription, what happens to your access after it expires, and how to request a refund.
How the Subscription Works
Whisperer sells subscriptions for a fixed period (7, 31, 185, or 366 days). Subscriptions do not renew automatically — when the period expires the account reverts to the Free plan. There is no separate "cancel" button: the subscription simply expires.
What Happens When the Subscription Ends
| Data | After Expiry |
|---|---|
| Transcripts and history | Preserved in the dashboard |
| Knowledge base | Notes are preserved, but KB search is unavailable on Free |
| Minutes | Free quota restored (60 min/month) |
| New sessions | Available within the Free quota |
You can renew your subscription at any time — all your data will be there.
How to Stop Using Whisperer Early
If you want to stop using Whisperer:
- Simply do not renew the subscription after the current period expires.
- If you need to delete your account — contact support: support@whisperer.cc.
Refund
There is no self-service refund in the dashboard. To request a refund:
- Email support@whisperer.cc.
- Subject: "Refund — [your account email]".
- In the email, include:
- The payment date and amount.
- The reason for the request.
- Attach proof of payment (a screenshot or bank letter).
The team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
