Subscription Cancellation and Refund

This article explains how to end your subscription, what happens to your access after it expires, and how to request a refund.

How the Subscription Works

Whisperer sells subscriptions for a fixed period (7, 31, 185, or 366 days). Subscriptions do not renew automatically — when the period expires the account reverts to the Free plan. There is no separate "cancel" button: the subscription simply expires.

What Happens When the Subscription Ends

Data After Expiry
Transcripts and history Preserved in the dashboard
Knowledge base Notes are preserved, but KB search is unavailable on Free
Minutes Free quota restored (60 min/month)
New sessions Available within the Free quota

You can renew your subscription at any time — all your data will be there.

How to Stop Using Whisperer Early

If you want to stop using Whisperer:

  1. Simply do not renew the subscription after the current period expires.
  2. If you need to delete your account — contact support: support@whisperer.cc.

Refund

There is no self-service refund in the dashboard. To request a refund:

  1. Email support@whisperer.cc.
  2. Subject: "Refund — [your account email]".
  3. In the email, include:
    • The payment date and amount.
    • The reason for the request.
    • Attach proof of payment (a screenshot or bank letter).

The team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
