Promo Codes and Referral Program

Whisperer supports two ways to save on your subscription: promo codes with a discount or bonus days, and a referral program through which you earn a reward for every friend you invite.

Promo Codes

Types of Promo Codes

Type What It Gives
Discount (%) Reduces the plan price by the specified percentage
Bonus days Adds extra days to the selected plan

How to Apply a Promo Code

  1. Go to the web dashboard → Subscription (/app/billing).
  2. Select the desired plan.
  3. On the checkout page, find the "Promo Code" field.
  4. Enter the code exactly, preserving case and hyphens.
  5. Click "Apply" — the final amount or duration will update immediately.
  6. Complete the payment.

Important: the promo code must be applied before payment. Once the transaction is processed, the terms cannot be changed.

Promo Code Terms

  • Each promo code is valid once per account.
  • A promo code may have an expiry date — check when you receive it.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with each other.
  • The discount does not apply to already-paid periods.

Referral Program

Invite friends and earn 500 ₽ for each person who signs up for a paid subscription (Start, Pro, or Max) via your referral link.

How to Get Your Referral Link

  1. Open the dashboard → Referral Program (/app/referral).
  2. Copy your personal link.
  3. Share it with anyone who might benefit from Whisperer.

Referral Program Terms

Parameter Value
Reward 500 ₽ per invited user
Qualifying purchase Any paid plan (Start, Pro, Max)
Limit One reward per invited user
Crediting After the invited user's payment is confirmed

The reward is credited to your account balance and can be used to pay for the next subscription.

How to Track Status

The "Referral Program" section shows:

  • Number of people who followed your link.
  • Status of each (registered / paid).
  • Total accrued bonuses.

Common Errors

Error Cause Fix
"Promo code is invalid" Code error, expired, or already used Check spelling; verify validity with the source
Discount did not apply Promo code field not filled before payment Enter the code before clicking "Pay"
Referral bonus not credited The invited person subscribed to the Free plan Bonus is only awarded for paid plans
Bonus did not appear immediately Processing takes up to 24 hours Check the balance the next day
