Session History and Export
All completed meetings are saved in the dashboard: full transcript, AI responses, and the mind-map. You can read, search, and export the history in a convenient format.
Where to find history
Open the web dashboard → History (/app/sessions).
Sessions are listed in reverse chronological order, newest first. Each card shows the date, duration, and number of AI exchanges.

Searching history
The History section has a search bar: enter a keyword and the dashboard will show sessions where that word appears in the transcript or AI responses.
Export
Transcript
- Open the session → "Transcript" tab.

Data retention
- Transcripts and responses are stored in your account indefinitely — until you delete them manually.
- Sessions in no-logs mode are not saved in history — data is deleted immediately after the session ends.
- When a subscription expires, history remains readable.
Deleting a session
- Open the session → click "Delete".
- Confirm — the data is permanently deleted.
Common issues
| Issue | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Session not in history | No-logs was on, or connection dropped before completing | Check no-logs status; make sure you pressed "Stop" |
| Transcript incomplete | Connection dropped mid-session | The portion recorded before the drop is saved |
| Search doesn't find the word | Word appears in AI responses, not transcript | Adjust search scope |
