Session History and Export

All completed meetings are saved in the dashboard: full transcript, AI responses, and the mind-map. You can read, search, and export the history in a convenient format.

Where to find history

Open the web dashboardHistory (/app/sessions).

Sessions are listed in reverse chronological order, newest first. Each card shows the date, duration, and number of AI exchanges.

Searching history

The History section has a search bar: enter a keyword and the dashboard will show sessions where that word appears in the transcript or AI responses.

Export

Transcript

  1. Open the session → "Transcript" tab.
  2. Click "Copy" or "Export".
  3. Available formats: plain text and Markdown.

AI Responses

  1. Open the "AI Responses" tab.
  2. Click the copy button next to the response you want.

Mind-map

Mind-map export is described in Mind-map and analytics.

Data retention

  • Transcripts and responses are stored in your account indefinitely — until you delete them manually.
  • Sessions in no-logs mode are not saved in history — data is deleted immediately after the session ends.
  • When a subscription expires, history remains readable.

Deleting a session

  1. Open the session → click "Delete".
  2. Confirm — the data is permanently deleted.
